Decent Deal. You can't build it for this price, no matter what any part picker nerd tells you.

This model is sold out. Plenty of others available, but this was the best deal.

Please never compare any built product to building it yourself on a cost basis. You will lose that argument every time. The only exceptions are buying used off people who don't care about a profit and just don't want to give something away and fire sales when companies go out of business.

This isn't a bad deal but it's a refurbished product and without even waiting for sales or looking for used or refurbished I can buy the CPU and GPU brand new for about $800. That leaves $400 for everything else which even buying brand new is still completely reasonable and since this is refurbished you might as well not be buying all this stuff new for comparison.
Agree with what you're saying, but doesn't a new GeForce 4070 Super run about $599.00 new?

Good value for those who do not want to take time to find deals. 4070 super is solid card only weakness is 12gb . With rumors 5070 will still have 12gb only 5070ti and up will have more ram.

The Costco BlackFriday/CyberMonday deal was better at $100 more for a new computer with a potential 5 yr warranty.

Certified refurbished yet only a 6-month warranty? I kind of doubt these were even checked. Probably direct-to-customer returns/rejects. That's mostly how Woot operates. Not cheap enough to take this huge gamble either. Plenty of similarly priced brand new options if you just shop around.

Yeah $589 was the cheapest that immediately came up and the CPU was a little under $300 so probably $850 maybe even $900 not $800. Rest the same though that leaves $300 instead of $400 to get everything brand new compared to the same price for a refurbished pre built. I could have figured out the exact parts and costs+taxes and everything but the only point I was intending to make is that you can build this at this price brand new and this isn't brand new so if you picked up used or refurbished parts you can absolutely build it for less yourself.

Refurbished isn't necessarily mean used. It's quality control twice. Unless the Ram is really slow this is a hella deal
