we contacted Instabt Pot, troubleshooted and they sent us another one.
After a month, the keurig side broke again.
They sent us another one.
It worked for one day. Then the keurig side broke AGAIN!
They are now giving us a refund.
So they have great customer service but it's craaaaazy we have had the same problem over and over! I wonder if newer ones were made with some flaws because I have read about lots of people who have had theirs for years.
And I wish there was a way to fix it because we really liked it for the 5 months it worked.
does this make good nespresso?
