I'm not familiar with the brand but the random searching I did online/Reddit looks like they are well-liked shoes. I ordered two pairs, something new to try out. Thanks OP!

They're a brand famous for making orienteering shoes and/or shoes for dealing with icy conditions.
Many of their models will have tiny spikes (for ice) in them so pay attention which model you're grabbing.

Both of the pairs I ordered have the steel studs. The area I live in definitely gets ice but not sure it would warrant needing special shoes. Either way, my curiosity (and my ridiculous personal inventory of shoes) required me to check them out! Showed the deal to a friend and he ordered for him and his wife.

Excellent shoes for snow/wet. The studded ones are GREAT for ice. My wife uses these for outdoor running/walking. The last sale I ordered some from Al's but they sent me 9.5 in womens. When I tried to exchange them they were all out of stock. Hoping for better luck this time!

Can these be worn on normal terrain, or will that damage the studs?

Ordered one last time. I tried the shoe and I was surprised with the cushioning. So far I liked it. I wish I didn't get the studded one so I can use it for winter golf.

These are great, I bought four models (two for me and two for my wife) when they just dropped in price.
Be careful. The ones with boa type of closure are awesome.
Some of them are very specialized for the snow/ice conditions. The one on the photo has micro spikes, so it's bad as street shoes and make no sence outside of the trail
