Just keep your receipt. I had mine quit working (one side would not lock anymore) after six years. It's been a huge pain getting them to honor their warranty. Before it stopped functioning, I loved this ladder.

I have the 22' one and it is incredibly heavy. Works well but I hate how heavy it is.

Although it is undoubtedly lighter than the 22", this one is still a bit heavy for my tastes. I'm an older guy and not a big guy. This deal has been going on since just before Thanksgiving, so I picked one up. I still haven't opened it up yet and am thinking I might have bitten off more than I can chew.

Snagged one for this price on BF and am very happy with it. Feels solid and extending/locking was intuitive. Was also surprised how compact it can be.

Is this ladder actually 18' in length when extended?

I can't tell if it has transport wheels?

Great price though!

One of my hinges doesn't work anymore (its at least 10 years old and is 22' long) and they gave me a $50 gift card to Home Depot to help cover the cost of new ladder. I think the hinges may be $30 each for a different brand that would fit this ladder but I never got around to buying it. I just smack the hinge in with the butt of my fist or heel of my palm and it goes through maybe 3/4 of the way. Good enough!

Also got this on Black Friday, also happy with it. To the person asking about the height-- I think 18' reach usually means the ladder extends to about 14', + the user's height and reach. Hopefully someone else can confirm.

Woot. Grabbed the 6ft that was on sale last week and realized it wasn't take enough. Return it and grab this for a $19 difference. Thanks

Good price and versatile product, but keep in mind it weighs 34 lbs. I'm considering fiberglass for certain cases.

your answer is literally in the 2nd picture in the OP... don't even need to click the link or do your own homework.
