Wondering if anyone received it. I ordered it a few days ago. Got an email saying that the delivery is delayed, but doesn't show any tracking information. Tried customer service chat, it's infinite wait and no response. I'm not even sure if they are sending it. I want to cancel it, but there is no clue on how to do anything about this order.

Logitech has the worst customer service. I learned my lesson shopping from them during Black Friday. Fed Ex lost my package and tried email, chat, phone and haven't gotten anybody to help me, not even a single response. So I'm currently out $185. Go safe and order Amazon or Costco.

I ordered a g920 and later a g923. But customer service was unable to cancel my g920 order, although it was not shipped until today. Anyone had experience with Logitech return?

Same as above. 12/6 delayed. Shipped email this AM but tracking says waiting for carrier. Contacted customer service multiple times with no response. Hopefully I don't need to contact them again for any issues.

Ordered on the 7th. Got an email late last night (11th) that there was a delay. Checked further for emails and several hours before I received an email that it was shipped the day earlier with tracking number.

I think they sent out batch emails to all that ordered so that customers would have been contacted about possible delays.

My order should arrive later today (12th).

I'm in no rush. It will get here when it gets here. As long as it's good and works I'm fine if it doesn't take 3 months.
