This is the normal Costco price. It's not on sale, just cheaper than other retailers.

Great find. I never see these things on sale until it's too late.

This is so expensive. If you don't mind tinkering, there are many cheaper brands with similar quality (ThirdReality, Aqara, Tuya, Sonoff etc).

Rock solid. I've had them for close to 7 years and no issues, always work and I've only changed the batteries once. I have one in a bathroom that gets a ton of humidity from hot showers and no issues with it.

I've tried the cheaper options but usually have connectivity issues, batteries drain fast, or they just disconnect and you have to remove and reconnect them... not worth the headache.

I've been looking for more Hue accessories. I just installed undercabinet lighting using lights and a controller from amazon but made sure it was Hue compatible.

After the fact, I added 2 Hue motion sensors. One in the middle of the island and one in the middle of the top middle cabinet.

I am happy with the Hue system and the app is easy to navigate and use.

I have the cheaper options with the Ikea motion sensors working the best for me (home assistant) but I am tempted to get these because I heard these have a shorter cool down.

Agreed. I still have a few Philips Hue light bulbs in use, but it's just way too expensive compared to other brands. I am using ring + Alexa + tp-link to build automated system. Philips is part of it, but no, not adding any.
