These things draw more power than the fridge in your kitchen. Do not buy. See Technology Connection on YouTube.

Lol. People don't care about your cooling/electricity analysis. They are buying it because it looks neat. Don't Be a grinch.

If I'm in a small room with limited ventilation is this going to make my room hot?

pretty sure its the same tech in the normal $25 fridges thats smaller than this; and yes the failure rate is high in those so I'd assume its the same here.

I'll say I was dumb and had it in my garage but it lasted less than 2 months. Know it keeps already cool things cool, it doesn't make them cold

My roommate had one for a month, maybe 2. Used it constantly. I bought a used 17cuft all-refrigerator for $100 4 years ago. Still doing great, but I have to share it, and that friend has a mini fridge on his way to my fridge, so that's fun.

On top of the normal "these break really often"
They also use way more energy and keep things way warmer than a normal mini fridge would.

Have one and on my second. The instructions say not for continuous use and they will fail.
