I'd love to hear from someone who's buying this to perform amateur dental care.
Ordered these on a previous sale and you get what you pay for. They're almost entirely cheap plastic and the metal picks aren't bonded to anything structural and have a tendency to rotate and slip rather than make for a useful dental pick. If that's indicative of their quality I'd save your money for something more substantial.
I have used this when I got a popcorn kernel stuck in my gum. Nothing else could get it out. It was a lifesaver!

I keep a set in my toolbox for random housework. Pretty great for working in tight spaces. The real slickdeal is that I asked my dentist for a set that he was about to toss in the trash.

I came here to say this. This kit was my first personal dental set going back 6-8 years ago and I also arrived at the same conclusion. Too flimsy.

I later purchased this stainless steel pick: https:// a. co/d/ 8xhlN0s and it's pretty solid.
