Just my two cents, I went from a 32" 1440P monitor to the HP x34 which is the same size as this. The vertical dimension is the same as a 27" 16x9 panel. It was cool for some things but after a year it actually felt way too small vertically. I went to a 38" 4k monitor to keep the horizonal dimension but regain vertical. I really regret making that initial move to ultrawide.

I'd buy straight from Dell as there is a 10% coupon for new customers as well as some having a 10% monitor coupon in Dell rewards if an already existing customer.

Some have also reported having the Amex offer or Capitol One cash back offers on their cards and if you don't, utilize one of the cash back sites.

I got this monitor from buydig through eBay, openbox item came as unopened, great packaging and everything was in place except one dead pixel, make sure to run any available diagnostic for the display
