Actually, it's bottled by Coca-Cola AND Pepsi in the USA. Keurig does bottling contracts regionally with each company's bottling syndicate members.

That wasn't my point, though. Lipsmackers DO have a Keurig-branded pack with A&W, etc. that DOES include Dr Pepper, and they do one-pack ice cup versions like they do for Coca-Cola too.

Oh, and years ago, Lipsmackers did have DP in a pack with Coke. It was quite some time ago, and I don't know who put their foot down.

Dr. Pepper isn't made by Coca-Cola in the US. So it wouldn't be in a Coca-Cola product package. It's a Keurig Dr. Pepper product. In the UK it's made by Coca-Cola. And it's made by PepsiCo in Canada and Europe.

Except Dr Pepper lipsmackers is discontinued across the board so it won't matter who bottles it. Lipsmackers is a shell of what it once was.

Actually, it seems the license has been taken up by "Taste Beauty" who's marketing it and packing it the same way (except the ice cup format - that's apparently copyrighted by Lipsmackers).

Shipped and sold (and in-store) from Walmart:

Bonne Bell introduced Dr Pepper lip balm in 1975 before they even marketed it as Lipsmackers. I remember having it as a kid.

Here's the whole sad tale up to including the new version:

How long does the taste (and smell) last on your lips?

"The differences were like night and day. While the balm contained a subtle reddish tint similar to the original, the scent was faint and devoid of the familiar-yet-mysterious Dr Pepper aroma. After applying it to my lips, I instantly noticed there was no taste, just the waxy salve. It was almost uncanny how Dr Pepper's famous 23 flavors seemed to be totally absent from the lip balm."

Read the ingredient list. There are as many as 40 ingredients in this product (depending on "flavor") and the majority are chemicals I've never heard of.

That's all being absorbed into your skin!

Oh no! There are there things you've never heard of in this product? There's no way it can be safe if the ingredient list is over the head of HWTactics! Avoid like the plague, big words in ingredient list people!!!

To each his or her own but I usually wash this stuff off my lips, not apply it to them.
