I'm not sure I would like the lunar gold bars with the year on it. I mean, unless there is some special meaning for you about this year, I would think the demand for such bars would be less than than of a normal gold bar or coin.

My thinking runs different : by the nature of the beast (not meaning the snake) coins with a year on them are more rare than those without, and as such, they may eventually be more valuable.

People collect the lunar bars from PAMP, with the dragon being most sought after.
