This was $799 back in June in-warehouse (if your Costco carried it). It's a good shed that can store a lot and is pretty straight forward install. It has been solid against the elements of a wet PNW fall and winter so far.

These go on sale multiple times a year, and if you can wait, it'll be cheaper in the spring and summer.

My handyman said this is too small. His point is you have to have standalone shelves whereas with wood you can just drill into frame. Idk

Mine is sitting on the trailer in the garage, unbuilt and inbox from the last sale. I'll get there! I was mostly done digging for the pad when I then thought about building in another spot. That place will need fill, and I'll just extend the driveway and still pour where I dug already.

Im unsure if it will go lower in price at the store... I'm tempted to pull the trigger and get it, since I believe I would probably need a truck and a second person to get it from the warehouse to home...

Agree here. in-store price might be lower if there's a promotion and they have it in stock. However, for the last two sale on this shed, this is the online price I've seen. For someone without a truck, the extra $100 is well worth the hassle of renting a truck and hauling it yourself.

I have similar Keter sheds, put standalone shelves up inside against the left and right wall. No different than drilling shelves into the wall, really.

Wish they had an install service option for this.

I installed this with the help of an uncle . Consider myself 6/10 "handy" . Followed instructions thoroughly, took about 4 hrs to put up . The roof was the trickiest part. The shed is up on a level foundation. Right away I started noticing the bottom flooring (up front by the sliding doors) warping up . It warps up a lot and am very disappointed. For the price this should not be happening at all , at least not this soon! It's been 8 months since install and I'm noticing the side walls also warping out . Not happy at all

Doubtful with proposed 25% tariffs on imports.

yup. free shipping is the best. getting a rental truck and gas. with at least a helper to load up and down. with an additional case of beer is around $100 already. thats without any insurance. to play safe. add $15 ins for the rental truck. and prepare for any deductible if your helper happens to break his neck while helping you out

How did you all build the foundation for these? I'm a new homeowner so I'd like to take on this project. Dig to level, gravel? Quik Crete?

Tariffs? Suncast is USA-made. Pretty sure the oil to produce the plastic is also north American, at least.
