Universal Studios and MA so it should be fine. WB and Sony have been the strictest about killing codes.

" 3 Classic John Hughes movies for one low price AND, as of October 2023 I can confirm that the digital codes still redeem in Movies Anywhere - one code for all 3 HD movies - Universal Studios, thank you!!!! (Unlike Warner Bros studios aka 'MAX' who have killed off all their expired digital codes - never made sense to me since they had to have factored the cost of the code already in each disc, could've just stopped adding new codes in and let the existing ones work - Corporate Greed at it Ugliest) "

Like the reviewer I'm also salty about the new WB policy. I scored box sets of GoT and Harry Potter for sub $50 and both had expired codes. I now kick myself for not getting Harry Potter when it was $70 and the codes were active.
Most products that expire have that date obviously displayed before purchase. One shouldn't have to play the lottery when buying a product with digital codes.

Return them if they don't work. It's a pretty straight forward claim if it wasn't declared ahead of time.
That said, Farmer Ted and Jake did a very bad thing to Caroline. It didn't seem right even watching it in the 80's.
