The WM cash is basically just a balance on your account. Here is what their website [walmart.com] says:

In fact I just the other day got a resub email so I went in and cancelled, was very easy, no hassles. I don't know I ever used the shipping benefit, and even the Paramount+ sub I am not sure we really used. Ahh well it was basically free so can't complain.

I couldn't undo it, cs wouldn't let me change the payment method, wouldn't offer anything. Tried disputing with Chase and they denied my claim. I didn't get the Amex offer and wasted a bunch of time.
So long story short, make sure they charge the right card or you'll have a bad time.
