Hmm looks like the only way to connect to PC is to stream. I don't know if that's even worth the $78 price

Here's a reddit review from last year

This sounds like it's mostly made for businesses.

seeing $99.99, is there a coupon needed to drop it to $78.99?

If I understand, this is not a conventional VR device in functionality, but can be used as one with an additional "stream box" for a subscription fee?

Well, there's some wired cables that may help the headset connectivity issues, but they're about as expensive as the headset at this price.. kinda tempting though.

Even at $50 these would be a ripoff. Bad headsets - very uncomfortable, software support is basically nil, and the head-tracking is flawed in ways that appear to be unfixable. I worked with these (in enterprise) for three years, and I absolutely hated them. Do not buy.

I guess if you just want to load SideQuest and keep swapping out apps on the SD card... but kinda just for people on a budget, I'd think.

I mean, I can't see paying more than $80 for it... but that's still a good price for what you get, if you're in that market.

hmm, as long as you could playback .mp4 files downloaded from slr dot com, etc. Is it liquid proof? Asking for a friend.
