I did that through chewy, and got the store credit applied to my humans account instantly.
Got enough fancy feast to last several months.
I contacted Amazon yesterday about the credit. After spending over an hour with a CSR I was finally transferred to a "manager." I was told my order didn't qualify for the credit despite the following quote from my checkout page:
"Qualifying offers
Your order qualifies for a promotional credit of $30, which we will automatically add to your account 30 days after shipment. We will inform you by e-mail once your credit is available. This offer is subject to our terms and conditions (see product page)."
My order details:
Items (6): $108.92
Shipping & Handling: $ 27.65
Free shipping: -$ 27.65
Promotional Credit: $ 30.00
Subscribe & Save: $ 3.45
Total before tax: $ 75.47
Estimanted tax to be collected: $ 5.68
Order Total: $ 81.15
I was told that since I used subscribe and save with the Promotional Credit my order did not qualify for the promotion!
The manager said she would send a request to the "Marketing Department" for a final resolution.
