Seems like a decent deal. I think it was on black Friday sale. Can't remember if it was the same price or not.

Yes you should be fine. Not going to get 1440 or 4k gaming but for 1080 you are set.

I just picked this one up and it does suffer from a low refresh rate. Only 60hz max. So I'm only using it to run my live stream. For a little more money I would suggest the Acer nitro 27" WQHD. I also have this one and for the price I love it.

You can't go wrong with this $100 dollar gaming monitor.. it'll be better than any TV you've ever used.

Possibly but with the recent Christmas deals spending $150 instead of $100 will ensure a better gaming experience for their requirements. Well worth the research and patience IMO
