No email, but rewards history says: 12/11/2024
$10 promotional certificate for being a valued member. But it doesn't show this anywhere else when checking for rewards. Doesn't make any sense.

Email came the next day.

They only seem to send these to people who don't shop there much. I have a BB credit card and use it daily for all my purchases (since rewards add up quickly), and I never get these targeted emails. I used to... before I started spending money there and with their credit card.

What sucks is BestBuy only gives points to those using the BestBuy Credit Card now.
I only found this out after getting a new washer & dryer. Checking my account and noticing I still had 0 points.

Brother. My order went through and shipped. Via two shippers. One couldn't find my apartment and returned the monitor. The other got delivered the same night. I had to return the monitor to get my refund.
