I'll see if I can correct the "Getdeal" on the postings, I was TRYING to save some time on them all by duplicating the tab, but that obviously was a failure.

I had some Lowes credit from my Pro Rewards to burn through. Got this set for only .88, perfect to keep in my trunk for emergencys.

I have the rolgear screwdriver. Is this better than the rolgear? I find rolgear torque is somewhat limited.

Is the kobalt lifetime warranty easy to redeem? My multi bit kobalt screwdriver handle recently broke. But I don't have the original packaging or receipt.

I went to my local Lowe's this evening. The customer service rep said if I can find the identical item in the store, then she could let me swap the broken screwdriver with the new one. However, I couldn't find the same item. Another CSR scanned the barcode of my screwdriver and said it's no longer at the store (probably discontinued). I then tried to find this item that's on sale for $10. But I couldn't find it, and the website confirms it's not in stock at that store. Sadwalk

Picked this up a week or so ago. I like the tool and it works well enough. I will say it is easy enough to switch the direction you're going with the clockwise/counter clockwise mechanism, but if you're all careful it's fine. I only used it for minimal stuff (adjusting some door knobs/mechanisms) and I was satisfied with it over a regular screwdriver. The case sucks, though, and I'd dock it 2 stars for that alone.
