This says 1.3 cents per mile. But that's just an estimate. They're only worth something if you're going to use them. If you don't fly Alaska much, you may never have enough miles to use them.

2 - Earn 3 Miles (consisting of 2 bonus Miles and 1 base Mile) for every $1 spent on eligible foreign net purchases. $1 = 3 Miles. Eligible foreign net purchases include purchases (1) made in a foreign currency, or (2) made in U.S. dollars if the transaction is made or processed outside of the United States and US Territories. Bank of America is not responsible for how foreign purchases are billed to the credit card.
3 - Earn 3 Miles (consisting of 2 bonus Miles and 1 base Mile) for every $1 spent on eligible dining net purchases. $1 = 3 Miles. Eligible dining net purchases include Caterers, Eating Places, Restaurants, Bars, Cocktail Lounges, Discotheques, Nightclubs, Taverns/Drinking Places (Alcoholic Beverages), and Fast Food Restaurants. Merchants who accept Visa are assigned an MCC based on the type of products or services they primarily sell. Merchants, not Bank of America, categorize and submit purchases, so some purchases may not fall into the category where you might expect them to appear. When this occurs, purchases with that merchant won't qualify for bonus Miles. Purchases made at a merchant that does not process under an eligible MCC or processes through a third-party payment account, digital wallet not supported by Bank of America or similar technology where the technology does not support transmission of MCCs will not qualify for bonus Miles.

The card will offer Alaska Lounge passes and inflight Wi-Fi passes" i think that's totally worth it. Considering the lounge alone would be a great way to escape the other lounges. inflight wifi is a bonus. I think the value will come with those kinds of perks that add up.
