Pretty standard deal since BF and you gotta have their best gear laying around to trade in...

S10+ price starts at $850.
Example trade-in values (top):
Tab S9 Ultra $700
Tab S8 Ultra $650
Tab S9+ $600
Tab S8+ $500
Tab S9 $450
iPad Pro 12.9" (6th) $600
iPad Pro 12.9" (4th or 5th) $500
iPad Pro 11" (2nd or 3rd) $400
...
Other tablets $300

Trade-in values for top tablets are slightly higher when buying the S10 Ultra.

Just bought 2 A+ 128GB for $159 each with the education discount. No trade in.

The regular one would have been $119, but wanted the larger storage and ram.

Guys, you were right. Samsung will try to cheat you on the trade-ins. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING, including a video of you packaging and taking the trade-in to FedEx or UPS. They sent me a picture today saying the box I sent them was empty. Once I told them that I have a continuous video of me packaging and delivering the package to my local FedEx, the person came back with 'GREAT NEWS' and that there would no longer be a chargeback. There is something seriously wrong with that facility in Texas with so many people having these problems. I've learned an invaluable lesson.

To get these prices, you would have to trade in s9 ultra for either s10+ or s10 ultra.
It's the same deal from cyber monday.

If you trade in s8+ for the s10 ultra, you get 100 more in credit.
s8+ for s10+ > 349
s8+ for s10 ultra > 399

btw, these are edu pricing.

Useless deal unless you're moving up a year for the same size tablet.

$399 is non-edu pricing for an S10 Ultra. Edu pricing brings ut down to $339. This is with S8+ trade-in. I might have gone for it, if Samsung had just thrown in a keyboard case as a closer, as they did when I got the S8+. But they did not, so I did not.

You don't get charged full price in the end?
