Looks like a Personalized fitness and nutrition plan with an app. Thor is your personal coach lol.
If you're motivated to work out 1-3 days a week then this would be a decent start. Probably add 1-2 dumbbells or kettle bells at an appropriate weight.
If you're having trouble with motivation and follow through I recommend you and a friend commit to 2 days/week together.

1. None of the classes feature CM - they're of his trainers.
2. The workouts are amazing. My favorite part is that they're typically 20-30 minutes, and a fantastic work out.
I really enjoyed my time subscribing. Then life got in the way, and I had to cancel because I couldn't make time for it.
Not interested in the subscription servicee at all.
