Samsung's have numerous problems. I had two French door refrigerators. Didn't lear my lesson until after the second failed and had to dump a lot of food (stopped working completely after warranty. Don't buy.

Friends don't let friends buy Samsung appliances. The one we own has been a nightmare, leaking water continuously. Samsung took six months just to send someone to look at the issue, only to cancel the appointment. By the time they were ready to address it, our warranty had expired, and now they want to charge $600 just to diagnose the problem. Save yourself the frustration and avoid buying Samsung appliances altogether.

Btw its also a bespoke, the one with the "tablet" or touch screen .

I would need a 4 year warranty minimum to buy their junk for their overpriced prices. Complete pass, Samsung appliances are pure junk.

Friends don't let friends buy Samsung appliances. The one we own has been a nightmare, leaking water continuously. Samsung took six months just to send someone to look at the issue, only to cancel the appointment. By the time they were ready to address it, our warranty had expired, and now they want to charge $600 just to diagnose the problem. Save yourself the frustration and avoid buying Samsung appliances altogether.

Just had a unit delivered on dec 4th and the freezer stopped working. The service is almost 2 weeks away after the return window. Had to toss lots of stuff

Great deal! I have this fridge for 5 years now, no problem so far. I have got 4 free sets of panels. It provides a huge lot more spaces than side by side.

Love our Samsung fridge and haven't had any problems with it. "Most" Samsung fridge issues like with other fridges have been related to the ice dispenser being located in the refridgerated section. Avoid any fridge with this setup as it's extremely likely to cause problems.

I bought a Whirlpool French-door refrigerator. Nothing but trouble. I don't think any of the modern refrigerators are worth anything. I had an old Whirlpool refrigerator that lasted at least 25 years before I had to get rid of it and buy my current Whirlpool refrigerator.

Yup...and the fact that Samsung engineered it this way and continues to make refrigerators with this set up is why I'll never buy another Samsung appliance. Thank God I bought the 5-year extended warranty (on our third ice maker in only three years).

I have had the 4 door screen flex for 3 1/2 years now and i havent had an issue, and i paid 4K for it. Just because you had bad luck with your appliance, doesnt mean the whole lineup is crap. I would buy this, even two at this price.
