Sq ft ratings on a box are useless. What you want to look for is the total BTU output. That will tell you what size room it can handle if you look it up online.
You will see one box say 500sqft with a 1500W unit and another say whole house 1k sqft or so with the same 1500W output. They both put out the same heat.
Interesting this costs so much more than a non heated one. I bought a shark purifier couple weeks ago. I also wonder if they are better than cheaper levoit models

While usually this is correct for a heater or an AC unit, in this case this is primarily an air purifier, not a dedicated heater, so in this case CFM is way more relevant.
