It's a device by a Chinese company that both records your screen at all times and connects to the internet. Do with that what you will.
Also, it's single 4k or dual 1080p output, according to the extremely poorly written description, and since it uses some knock off DisplayLink, that means the 2nd screen will perform poorly, no great for anything but basic Office and web browsing.
