I clipped the coupons and applied the code couldn't get it to go below $23

It may not be working but do make sure you go to the very end to see the discount.

Ciip the coupon on the product page, Add to cart, go to checkout. Apply the copied promotional code under payment methods in the gift card or promotion codes section. Total will not change till you close that out by clicking use this payment method.
