Personally I use water + TRUE lemon or TRUE lime and use it all day. Sometimes iced tea. or coffee.

I remember going to England and seeing how cheap healthy food was. It's literally the reverse in America and it seems like it's by design.
I used to have big mugs and would drink a ton of soda but long abandoned that. I see coworkers bring these things in and just shake my head. It's not good for you.

Also, having a job where I carry water around all day, a 24 ounce bottle works for me. A 40 ounce cup is only good for a flavored drink or soda like if you refill it at a gas station. If you drink water out of it, more power to you I guess.
