A couple of things to note: This is not the Balsam Hill quality that you will find on the Balsam Hill website. They're the "value line", but are still really nice.
The flocking is a PITA. I have the flocked garlands on my banister and it gets EVERYWHERE. I wear KN95 mask when putting them up and taking them down every year. That said it's beautiful, which is why I put up with it. 😀

Just picked it up at my local lowes for $87. Not a tree expert but looks decent for the price.
