Almost no load when muscle in its lengthened position (bottom of hump), I mean if you have room for this and they work for you great but squat and DL variations are superior in basically every way. There's pros and cons but I would never waste the space for this in my home gym.

Squats and deads don't work the Gluteus Medius (upper outside area of your glute) nearly as well. Bridges also translate to the top motion of deads. There are of course other exercises that hit this area just as well though like hip abductors, clamshells, etc., but as I mentioned, bridges are great to help you lockout on deadlifts if you're getting stuck.
