I ordered mine thru Groupon on Nov 29th. Redeemed on Nov. 29th and got the $45 shop card on Dec. 4th. Went to warehouse to get the physical card on Dec. 19th.

I've yet to buy anything online nor at the warehouse since the check out lines were so long with tons of people shopping.

Had to change the phone number and change the street name to remove direction and ave from the address but it worked for me.
