Ninja Grand Kitchen System 1200

Vs

The Ninja Mega Kitchen System

Get the cheapest one cause it won't be a vitamix no matter what they call it

1200w, seems like its never worth buying a blender that isn't the full strength 1500w versions.

Would folks recommend the 2 year independent warranty for $8? Looks like Shark offers a 1 year warranty, to the original customer only.

(Do the cups tend to the break or does the motor burn out?)

Keep in mind the ninja warranty only covers the motor. Anything else that breaks they consider it consumable and make you pay for parts. The last one we had had the lid break and they refused to send a replacement. It was cheaper just to buy another one on clearance.

We have had ninja system at home and it has been running strong for past 8 years without issues.

Bought one for back up. We use this almost everyday

ROFL! so true! and the food processor wont be a Cuisinart or Breville Sous Chef.

I ended up getting the one from Costco for $119 in store because we wanted it to replace the food processor and it seemed more up to that task. It came with the traditional processor blades for slicing and grating and I think has a 1600 watt motor. They also have it online for $129.

In for two ($154 for two full systems). Since the price is so low I went ahead and got the 3 year Walmart guarantee for $11 on one of them. Should be able to use it on which ever needs it. Does anybody have any idea if the Walmart warranty is recommended/useless on a Discontinued item. And how that might affect any possible claims/replacement parts in the future ?

You're so right. Any replacement part (like if you crack a lid or the container) is always like just a few $ shy of buying a new one

no debate. they're in different leagues according to the replies when this question is brought up. that's why they cost 5x this deal. depends on your use case and budget.
