I called them, and he told me that usually you have to submit information to the bank and than hung up on me.
I emailed them back with the terms, and he said "I'm sorry, we are too busy and don't have time to just take someone on a 30 minute test drive . I recommend going to another dealership"
I know where I won't be buying a car from.
