Hmm, sorry that's happening to you. I just ordered a 77" via greentoe and CEVA is listed as the carrier. I haven't had the best experience with CEVA through Costco, but we'll see what happens when it's supposed to be delivered Monday.

I actually meant Dec 3rd, it was supposed to be delivered Dec 12th. Good luck. its on a truck for 2 weeks no thanks.
I have to fight two charges too. Greentoe has no phoneline

Who actually sold you the TV? GT is just a pseudo middle-man that matches you with the end company that actually sells/ships the TV to you. Beach Camera (multiple great experiences with them) actually fulfilled my order and sent me a receipt, warranty information, and what to do if the TV came damaged. I'm thinking you should be trying to get into contact with that "end company" - hope this helps.

We can have this returned but be advised a return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Also the warranties are not sold by us. Would you like us to have the carrier return this item?

What makes me so angry is i work in a warehouse and i know shit happens but they expect us to have no life or something and they totally skipped my city ridiculous.

*update i happen to be in town and i said f it. Its working no damage to box at all. They said they leave them in closed depots over night or something.
But i learned my lesson...dont use gt or ceva for anything waste of time.
