It's very stable with two people. The material is much better than the cheap pool floats. It seems more like the galvenized rubber you see in more expensive rafts.
I think this is the closest you can get to a hard kayak but with the convenience of simple storage.
I usually blow it up before loading it into SUV; then let a little air out just enough to fold it and put it in the SUV. When I get where I nead to launch the kayak I pull it out of the SUV and it then only takess like 2 minutes to be ready.

I think this is about as good as this deal is gonna get aside from a freak clearance or something. I too have been monitoring these for over a year now and it's the lowest I've seen it, so I'm in for one.
(Side note, I had a deal alert for Intex Excursion Pro and somehow this didn't pop up!!! Glad I managed to randomly check!)
