Bought a pack, got them, they look fake. almost like generic.
Don't say lithium on the battery label. Do on the box.
But at ~$10/Ah they might be worth it.

Blain's is an authorized DeWalt dealer so I highly doubt they are selling fakes. It's more likely that you got the newly redesigned batteries.

All 20V dewalt batteries that are not powerstacks or powerpacks will look like this going forward. Plain black labels showing voltage and capacity. Nothing else. No branding. No "XR". Nothing

Yeah I got one through a slick deal recently and thought it was fake as well at first. It just doesn't look the same as the power stack ones i have. The led lights especially because they are green as opposed to white. They are indeed real though. Been using non stop
