Drawbacks: Unknown customer support (units have lots of youtube reviews from UK and AUS but company is fairly new to US market), unit drops voltage to surge past 2400W so don't run sensitive electronics near the limit, solar input limited to 500W for such a large battery, thing is heavy

I mentioned staying below limit. Ecoflow delta 2 can operate nominally at 1800W and surge (with voltage limited) to 2200W. This does up to 2400W. Delta 2 refurbs are on ebay for $409 with code LASTMINUTEGIFTS if you want ecoflow and only 1024WH battery.

I watched the video and saw that it didn't surge but the description says that it has 4800w surge capacity. I wonder if it's a setting you have to enable or something like that...
