Same price at Walmart and only $2 more elsewhere (Target, Best Buy, Sony). I have the predecessor model (WF-C500), which I bought for $30, and I like them. The reviews claim the WF-C510 is as good or better than the WF-C500. I'd pay $38 for these.

I also have the WF-C500 that I bought years ago and they still work great Battery life is still very good, had not noticed any change in duration
They are the best headphones I have bought to date. If my WF-C500 no longer worked I would definitely buy these.

I'm deciding between this, the galaxy buds FE, and the Yamaha T5 sport, all around the same price...

I don't know which Yamaha that is. But it's probably a tossup between the Sony and the Buds FE with the latter being bassier. It will come down to personal preference or to whichever most important (to you) feature whichever one does best. If you are able to buy and return, you may want to buy both and test them.

Buds FE the mic is not great. People will have a difficult time hearing you. But for hearing music they are outstanding. Also the ANC is great. Don't know about the other two.

Has DSEE for improved sound quality when listening to compressed audio.

I see the Samsung Buds FE are 40% off, i.e. $60. Are the Galaxy buds "much" better?

I doubt it. Samsung was giving the FE's away during the S24 promotion. I've seen the FE's as low as 30 with trade in on Samsung's site. A have the WF-C500 model which sounds great for the price. The C510 is likely the better quality bud.

The biggest reason people get the buds FE is because of the flange that rests in the ear. For lots of people, if they get earbuds without them, the earbuds just fall out.

The Galaxy Buds Pro and Buds FE are the two primary earbuds I use due to the wingtips. They keep them in place no matter what, even while running.

The buds FE sound quality was so poor I decided to return them after 5 minutes of use. The ANC was almost non existent. I've come to the conclusion that you can't get decent ANC for earbuds spending less than $70.

I'm a newbie to this world of earbuds. How much of a difference does it make between buying this vs an AirPods Pro 2 which is like $150?
