The quality of this company is on par with noctua and 1/3rd of the price.

These are static pressure fans (highest I found on the market), the fins are designed to push through small spaces. Think, 4-5 hard drives stacked in a cage with only enough space for 5–10 sheets of paper between each for air cooling or the radiator for your all-in-one cpu watercooler. I have 6 of the max's in my 15 bay rosewill 4u server case. I only needed 3 they work so well. I run 7200 rpm enterprise drives and they dont move in temperature and the fans are basically idle at 1600-1800 rpm.

You don't need these for a standard case fan, but they will work. Arctic makes a different blade design for standard case cooling that isnt obstructed. The max's make fantastic exhaust fans and go with another model of theirs for intake fans.

Awesome, the front fans in my old Fractal R5 case just started wearing out, and all I have are 120mm. Thanks
Those fractal fans are pretty slim. I couldn't figure out how to get this particular fan mounted in the front.

Yeah, I recently noticed that two of my R5 case fans had died too.

I recommend the corsair rs120max, same pressure less sound. It uses magnetic dome bearing. So all you can hear is air at max speed.
I look for magnetic or fluid dynamic bearings for my fans too, not only are the sound levels better but reliability and longevity are dramatically improved as well!

In a fairly scientific comparison test on YouTube they determined that the P12 (same design in 120mm) outperformed the F12 (the one for flow not pressure) even for unobstructed airflow, especially when you're going for minimum sound.

I own both and I found the same. I replaced F12 with P12 and got a quieter and cooler PC. It's the only fan I use or recommend now.

I'd buy without hesitation. Excellent performance at an excellent price.

If you don't need the max high performance, there's a 5-pack of the ARCTIC P14 PWM PST (5 Pack) - 140 mm Case Fan for $38.09 at amzn: B07HCKWF2X. Looks to be about 1/2 the speed of the fan in the OP. No idea what other differences there are between the 2.

How do these compare to the p14 pst pwm?
The max can spin faster, its a good fan but for a normal pc build the regular p14 pst is perfectly fine. The max at the same rpm is basically the same performance, but if you're willing to make more noise then the max will move more air. The delta T is about 4 degrees C for a +6db at 50%rpm, if you go 100% fan rpm the maxes are like 58db vs 49db for the pst. These are ideal for a server rather then a pc.

here are cooling tests on a noise-adjusted basis: https://hwbusters.com/best_picks/...e-busters/

the p14max isn't the quietest fan at all speeds, but it really shines when it's revved up, blowing into a cooler.

there are better case fan choices, but for the money this is a solid deal.

I saw the individual P14 rgb fan is on sale too so I grabbed e of them. Gonna use them in my Ncase M2 case for my ITx build. This video was perfect timing because now I have a little guide of how to set this up. I will probably do something similar:

Performance, maybe, but not quality. Arctic fans have more noticeable motor noise.

Although, I don't need any PC fans at the moment, I'm considering buying myself a couple for potential future use.

I'll second that. My Arctic fans from 2018 is still running strong. They just recently jumped on the RGB line too so it fills the void for people who want performance and looks.
