Someone developed an app to adjust all galaxy earbud settings. You can now adjust the settings via this unofficial app on your PC/Mac/Linux so an Android device is no longer necessary to unlock the full potential of these Samsung buds.

Anyone know how trade ins work if you do in store pickup at Best Buy? Do they still mail you a box/mailer to send in? Or trade in at the shop?

Didn't realize that too. But I was able to get to the settings by downloading the app to my pc, once you adjusted the settings they should stay that way. Little extra work but still inconvenient for a lot of users.

Surprisingly good headphones with basic ANC functionality--currently using for iPhone. They are a little bit less comfortable than Airpod Pros but come with multiple tips. Battery life has been excellent so far. I traded in old wired Apple earbuds.
