Clinical strength has worked for me while the regular stuff did not. Recommend if you have stubborn dandruff.

For those that don't need the clinical strength, I found the new Bare version to be great. I alternate with regular shampoo and the Bare is nicer than most of the regular shampoos, even some pricy ones.

This version doesn't work for me well. Regular white color version apple and vinegar one works better but every one is different so try which one works best for you
