True. I just call it corn syrup with a dash of tea to give the illusion of being healthy. It isn't. Better for you than regular soda, sure. Then again, what isn't?

Wait, I'm drinking this right now and the ingredients on the bottle does NOT list high fructose corn syrup. I got mine from Sam's Club though so not sure if that makes a difference.

How so? The #2 ingredient is high-fructose corn syrup, with 34mg of sugar total per serving. That's 68% DV or the amount you should get in a day (ideally).

I'm not saying you shouldn't drinking it, at least more than sparingly or in moderation. Just don't try to convince me, yourself or anyone else this is somehow good for you.
