Does the entire length (100 ft for example) have to be placed as one single strip?
Can it be broken into separate pieces to place in separate disjoint segments AND still function as one continuous "strip" from the lighting perspective?

I dislike how fast their new products come out. The permanent lights must have 4 vesrsion starting from the begining of 2023. Now I'm jealous I don't have warm whites and these features.
