Have used this type of offer couple of times before, never had any issue.
Make sure you're adding one of the Holiday themed designs, and that the $10 Bonus Card also shows up in your cart as being free along with the $50 card before checking out.
they never send the bonus code. not falling for the trap again
First Claim (20% extra free)

If you think of it as "I buy $50, and I get $10 extra free", then you receive 20% of your $50 purchase value in bonus funds.

This viewpoint focuses on the extra value you gain relative to what you paid.

Second Claim (~16.67% off)

If you think of it as "I now have $60 worth of value for only $50", you're calculating the percentage discount on the total value ($60).3

This viewpoint focuses on the percentage savings relative to the total value of the gift card you now hold.
Both statements are mathematically correct:

The first (20%) describes how much extra value you get relative to what you paid.
The second (~16.67%) describes how much you saved relative to the total value of the gift card.

The disagreement arises because they're describing the promotion from two different reference points. Neither is "wrong," but clarity is key to avoid confusion.

Just a reminder, the $10 bonus codes expire at the end of the month.

I was able to stack it with the gift card purchased for a mobile order.
