Make sure to update your app. Offer didn't show up until I updated.
If updating the app does not work, delete it, then reinstall from the App store. This made the yellow banner appear for me and got the $15 as soon as I was done viewing the slideshow
If you are already have the latest version installed on an android phone before today, but still NOT seeing the golden "2024 Ultimate Savings Rewind" banner. Try 'Force stop', 'Clear storage', and 'Clear cache' on app details page to reset the app, no need to uninstall and reinstall, woks for me. --andy12345

IF YOU'RE NOT SEEING THE OFFER EVEN AFTER UPDATING THE APP, TRY COMPLETELY DELETING & REINSTALLING THE APP TO SEE IF THAT FIXES IT (WORKED FOR ME)

Update … Deleted and reinstalled the app… Still got nothing… Deleted the app, shut down the phone and restarted the phone… Then reinstall the app… Bingo! Got the banner … and the $15! Finally!
This is what it looks like for those wondering, it was on the main page and had to scroll down a little bit to see it

I think you have to complete the little task telling about your savings and benefits and at the end it will give $15. Shows up as Walmart cash. Might need to refresh your cart too.

After clicking it and through it, I clicked the "Shop Now" button but didn't see the Walmart Cash in my account. Relaunching didn't help either.
I noticed the banner was still there so did it again and this time, I clicked the 'X' button. This time, the Walmart Cash immediately appeared in my account.
Not sure if timing or not in case anyone else has the same issue.
