Make sure to update your app. Offer didn't show up until I updated.
If updating the app does not work, delete it, then reinstall from the App store. This made the yellow banner appear for me and got the $15 as soon as I was done viewing the slideshow
If you are already have the latest version installed on an android phone before today, but still NOT seeing the golden "2024 Ultimate Savings Rewind" banner. Try 'Force stop', 'Clear storage', and 'Clear cache' on app details page to reset the app, no need to uninstall and reinstall, woks for me. --andy12345

Update … Deleted and reinstalled the app… Still got nothing… Deleted the app, shut down the phone and restarted the phone… Then reinstall the app… Bingo! Got the banner … and the $15! Finally!

I got 6 months of Walmart+ free from SiriusXM, so maybe that's why I'm not seeing it.
Cancelled back to essential plan and then half hour talking in chat to technical experts to have that refunded. They did acknowledge an issue with the banner $15 "year in review" in the same conversation and sent a promo code for $15 to compensate

Update - I was told by a rep that if you have a discounted Walmart+ account, you are not eligible. They are also saying that if you obtained your membership through a third party, you are also not eligible. Then, they started arguing with me after I said this is discriminatory, since I got my membership at a discount due to being low income (on Medicaid). They said this was an offer only for fully paid monthly members, and even then, not all members will be eligible. Yet, they also said that the email and banner is showing up for everyone, not just those fully paid monthly members who are eligible. They are willing to give me a promo code of $15 off $25, which will not stack with the other coupon because they are both promo codes.
Final update - They begrudgingly gave me the promo for $15 off $25 and said they will not give me the $15 Walmart Cash because my account is not eligible. They acknowledge that everyone got the email and that many people can access the presentation banner, but if you have not been credited the Walmart cash immediately, you are not qualified. The supervisor I spoke to says, paid members who signed up before November 1, 2024, and no accounts that get a discount or use a third party to obtain their membership are eligible. So, if you have a student account, low income account, or whatever, you are not eligible. Then she says this was an offer made by Lyft and not Walmart. Apparently there are two offers and the supervisor wasn't aware of it. So, she comes back after doing some "research" and says that I should get my Walmart cash in 24-48 more hours. The other requirements she claims were for the Lyft promo. I have to wait until tomorrow afternoon to see if I actually get it credited.
