Didn't work for me.

Update … Deleted and reinstalled the app… Still got nothing… Deleted the app, shut down the phone and restarted the phone… Then reinstall the app… Bingo! Got the banner … and the $15! Finally!

Just got off the phone with CS and Raji said there was a problem with my Walmart Cash. He gave me the same $15 off a $25 purchase code.

There is almost always an issue with Walmart Cash for me but CS almost always comes thru with a promo code.

Same here. Chatted with their CS and the rep. said that this offer was only sent to W+ customers that had created an account by 11.01.24. I had a membership for a year starting in 2023 but I ended it in January of this year. Then I joined again in mid-November—a couple weeks in.
Maybe that is why some of us are not getting the offer? Lmk if anyone who became a W+ member post 11.01.24 was given this offer or if we just missed the cutoff?
