Online shipped price is $67.99, and In-store price is $61.99
So $13 off sale should result $54.99 and $48.99 respectively
I'd like to see some sources on that.
So lame they don't carry double rich chocolate. Extreme rich chocolate is so kind of nasty with how artificially sweet it is with sucralose.

This isn't 100% Whey protein ISOLATE. Which means it doesn't have the full amount of all the amino acids. I ended up getting Isopure instead.

You're not getting isolate for under $9 per pound like this, other than MyProtein in a good sale, which has mixed feelings on the brand etc. Isopure is $65 for 3.4 pounds. Different category of stuff.
Most people dont "need" isolate other than some bodybuilder pros and stomach issues.

I wish they'd put their own branded whey on sale too.
I've been wanting to try it but waiting for it to go on sale.
It's cheaper than ON anyway so why not just try it and see if you like it.

Just went to Costco, it's $48.99 in store
This is one of the biggest issues with their "online" they mark up products to make up for the shipping.
I guess their thought process is they want you to shop in store. Probably why they don't make their app and website better too.

$6 isn't that much of a markup for the box and fulfillment labor, plus shipping almost 6 pounds if you think about it. They aren't a high volume shipper like Amazon with their own delivery network, or lower rates with USPS/UPS/Fedex due to volume they ship.
Amazon items can be more expensive than in store to make up for that "free shipping" too; the convenience factor.

Biggest problem with this and most protein isolate available on the market is artificial sugar. From what we know, artificial sugar messes with our metabolism.
Been drinking diet soda for 30+ years. My metabolism is doing just fine

Okay I'll take your opinion over 10,000 amazon reviews and this particular protein won protein of the year like 10 times on bodybuilding.com.

That being said, I prefer raw nutrition dark chocolate and iso100 brownie over this in terms of macros and flavors.

But ass that's a huge stretch.

I just did a blind taste test between Optimum Nutrition Extreme Milk Chocolate and Kirkland Creamy Chocolate protein powders. They are both great protein powders for this price of $54.99. I did ever so slightly prefer the taste of ON compared to Kirkland. They were both smooth and blended well in a protein bottle with Fairlife 2% milk.

Overall, for $54.99 I will be purchasing Optimum Nutrition at this sale price. When ON is not on sale, Kirkland will be my go to.

if you buy 3x 5lbs of ISO100 Isolate on amazon right now, with 15% S&S, it comes to $133 - at $8.86/pound, its a great deal.

If you have the ability to store that much somewhere, and use it timely, sure. There's always one exception but the general rules is not getting that price. There is always a buy 10-20-30 pound get a better deal exception.
Not to get a reasonable quantity of one 5ish pound bag though.

Exactly, who the hell buys 15lbs of protein at a time? In 3 giant awkward tubs no less. Such a cap deal

No one said that. But what tiny faction of a percent do you think really do that or have the space to store that amount? 0.1% of 1% buy in that type of bulk?

And again basically no one NEEDS isolate unless you have gut issues with regular whey or do professional bodybuilding where every percent advantage matters. It is not any "better" for you. There is a nominal calorie difference in isolate vs blend like this is for equivilent protein; and 1-2g fat and a few grams of carbs. In general as an average. This stuff is 120 calories for 24g protein (2g fat, 3g carbs), and ISO100 is 120 for 25g (1g fat, 2g carbs) for chocolate.

Nominal, again unless you are an elite athlete it doesn't matter. No study has found a significant benefit to one type over another.
