Any one know how this compares to the Titan pro 8500 Max that is $500 more at HD? Also, don't see the SL length and number of air cushions

I have another version of this Osaki chair and it's been an amazing chair. Mine is very much the same as this one except the name lol. I would double check the warranty on the Titan. Osaki and Titan have very few chair that carry 5 year warranty. I would assume the parts they use are probably different in order to support that long warranty period.
So I would guess the main difference is warranty and tax.
I do like the screen on the Titan tbh.

I'm going to go with the Titan Pro 8500. I immediately gravitated to this one based on the weight. I figured since it was much heavier than most other chairs, it should be much better, but everything I've read seems to indicate it's just a decent chair that's nothing spectacular. The big turn off for me is all of the people that have indicated it's one of the most intense chairs on the market and many people find its massages to be painful even at the lowest intensity. This is an older chair and doesn't have all the features found in the 8500. The only feature loss on the 8500 is calf rollers and motorized leg extension, but it has the airbag kneeding that the vendor claims is superior (frankly, I'd prefer someone kneeding my calves vs using one of those weird rollers on it) and I don't mind the cut out of a relatively unnecessary motor for one less thing to break.
