Micro-review summary:
It's a decent open-ish world action-adventure, like half as open as a modern GTA game. More open than Bully, from the same studio.
Med-level comedy content. More focused on martial arts than guns, appropriately enough.
Overall, between GTA4-5 and Saint's Row 3-4 in terms of entertainment.
Decent fun for the time and money, and still looks quite modern on PC, though it was also on PS3 to give you an idea of the tech level and animation to expect. The short video above will also give you a glimpse.
