Yesterday they released a massive 100GB patch, fixing a boat load of stuff, and supposedly implementing some of A-Life, where NPCs walk around living out their lives while off screen (and on screen).

But so far I can't tell, I haven't encountered any NPCs walking around the map other than the usual bandit groups and friendly patrols.

But the game is a huge improvement after 3 big patches, although there's more slowdown issues after yesterday's patch. The slowdowns only seem to affect the PC version, the XBox version is very smooth.

They improved the XBox controller, so it's playable now, wasn't really playable at launch, it was hard to aim. But I still prefer the PC version cause you really need to headshot everyone unless using a 7.62 sniper rifle.

Playing it, though Indy is on the front burner, it's more Stalker if you liked that. Slightly more refined and pretty but buggy for now

The patch that just came out makes 1,800 fixes. It sounds like the game is fully ready to go now. Kind of glad I waited until now to buy it.
